第1条 適用
本利用規約は、OW Coach（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第2条 サービスの内容
本サービスは、Overwatchの構成診断、対策ガイド、ランク別アドバイス等を提供する非公式ファンメイド攻略ツールです。現在はベータ版で、診断対象はソルジャー76、ソジョーン、キャスディ、アッシュ、リーパー、シンメトラ、ハンゾー、トールビョーン、バスティオン、メイ、ソンブラ、トレーサー、ゲンジの13キャラです。
- Blizzard Entertainmentの承認、提携、後援を受けた公式サービスではありません。
- ヒーロー名、スキル名、ゲーム名は攻略説明上必要な範囲で参照しています。
- 公式素材、公式ロゴ、公式アート、公式スクリーンショット、音声、映像、ゲーム内素材の販売または配布を目的としません。
第3条 診断結果と免責
診断結果は一般的な攻略情報と学習補助を目的とするもので、勝利、ランク上昇、特定の戦績を保証しません。
第4条 禁止事項
- チート、自動操作、ゲームクライアント改変、外部ツール、ブースティング、代行行為を目的とした利用
- 他者への嫌がらせ、誹謗中傷、差別的表現、迷惑行為を目的とした利用
- 本サービスを公式サービスであるかのように表示する行為
- 本サービスの文章、診断ロジック、UI等を無断で複製、転載、販売する行為
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
第5条 有料機能
現在の公開版には決済機能はありません。有料機能を導入する場合、価格、課金周期、支払方法、解約方法、返金・キャンセル条件、提供内容、動作環境を購入前に明示します。
第6条 知的財産権
本サービス内の独自の診断文、構成評価、UI、データ構造、独自アイコン等の権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。Overwatch、Blizzard Entertainment、ヒーロー名、スキル名その他のゲーム関連名称は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。

Article 1. Scope
These Terms of Use set the conditions for using OW Coach (“the Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Article 2. Service Content
The Service is an unofficial fan-made guide that provides Overwatch composition checks, matchup guides, and rank-based advice. The current beta supports twelve target heroes: Soldier: 76, Sojourn, Cassidy, Ashe, Reaper, Symmetra, Hanzo, Torbjörn, Bastion, Mei, Sombra, Tracer, and Genji.
- The Service is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment.
- Hero names, ability names, and game names are referenced only as necessary for gameplay explanations.
- The Service does not sell or distribute official assets, official logos, artwork, screenshots, audio, video, or in-game materials.
Article 3. Diagnostics and Disclaimer
Diagnostic results are general gameplay guidance and learning support. They do not guarantee wins, rank gains, specific performance, or specific match outcomes.
Article 4. Prohibited Uses
- Use for cheating, automation, game-client modification, external tools, account boosting, or account piloting
- Use for harassment, defamation, discriminatory expression, or nuisance behavior
- Presenting the Service as an official service
- Unauthorized copying, republication, sale, or redistribution of text, diagnostic logic, UI, or other Service content
- Any act that violates laws or public order
Article 5. Paid Features
The current public version has no payment feature. If paid features are added, pricing, billing cycle, payment method, cancellation, refund conditions, provided content, and operating environment will be disclosed before purchase.
Article 6. Intellectual Property
OW Coach’s original diagnostic text, composition evaluations, UI, data structure, and original icons belong to the operator or their rightful owners. Overwatch, Blizzard Entertainment, hero names, ability names, and related game references belong to their respective owners.
